stores, within 15 days of the date of purchase. It is important to return the item
with the shipping confirmation email for credit or a
refund. Merchandise must be returned undamaged, in new condition.

Returns Policy Exceptions
Merchandise purchased by special order is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, we may also charge the same 30% fee and non-refundable transportation. Any product with electronic components that is not defective is not refundable or exchangeable. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased , you can return it according to the conditions of our return policy, then call 1-800-942-4142. We will be happy to replace it.

Price adjustment
No adjustments will be made for clearance merchandise.
